Surveys: Damp, Waterproofing & Timber Surveys

Our surveys are imperative to our work; whether you have damp problems, timber decay or cavity wall tie corrosion. We offer a range of surveying services that provide an accurate record of the damage done to your property and a detailed estimate on how much the restoration work will cost.

We deliver a range of surveys across Surrey, London and the Home Counties from basement waterproofing to damp surveys, condensation to timber surveys. Our highly experienced and qualified surveyors are also able to use endoscopes for cavity wall tie inspections as well. Whatever your problem, our specialist surveyor will ensure that our analysis is accurate.   All our surveys are Free of Charge with the exception of Endoscopic Surveys which there is a fee chargeable due to it being an invasive survey and takes approximately 3-4 hours to complete.

If you would like to book a survey with us, give us a call on 01372 844534 or 01372 849975; you can also email us at info@timkon.co.uk. Alternatively, you can fill out our online contact form and we will reply as soon as we can.

If you do follow through with any of the works recommended by our surveyors, then the cost of the survey will be deducted from the final invoice when the works have been completed.
